The folks behind Suntory whisky are sharing Japan’s highball culture through well-crafted drinks and dishes. The main attractions are authentic Japanese highballs, sharing “Punch Bowl Cocktails,” and a food menu developed by Chef Shinji Hara who specializes in omakase dining. (Psst... It’s worth noting the drink menu was designed by Singapore-based Bar Director & Co-Owner of the popular Jigger & Pony Group, Aki Eguchi.) Highballs and handroll sushi are a great combo!
