Boon Tong Kee has been one of Singapore’s most celebrated restaurants for over 40 years and has finally made its way to Saladaeng. Though known mostly for its Michelin-starred chicken rice, the shop’s menu also features Singaporean staples like braised duck and crisp vegetables and chili.

The folks behind Suntory whisky are sharing Japan’s highball culture through well-crafted drinks and dishes. The main attractions are authentic Japanese highballs, sharing “Punch Bowl Cocktails,” and a food menu developed by Chef Shinji Hara who specializes in omakase dining. (Psst...
