About Your Hosts:
'S' was forcibly displaced due to the region’s instability. In 2013, when the militant organization Islamic State (ISIS) attacked her city, she fled to Bangkok. 'D 'was persecuted in Baghdad due to her religious beliefs. The violence and intimidation from the Mahdi Army prompted her family to seek refuge in Thailand. Thanks to culinary training, they are reclaiming their independence and identity.

About Na Projects Group:
Na Projects is a dynamic Bangkok-based platform that harnesses the power of food and beverage to create positive social impacts. They uplift communities through initiatives such as refugee supper clubs and catering services that generate livelihoods. They also provide professional training for under-served youths, urban refugees, migrant workers, and marginalized groups while facilitating collaborations with local artists and entrepreneurs. Na Projects is a dedicated catalyst for cultural exchange, culinary innovation, and social empowerment in the vibrant city of Bangkok, Thailand and beyond.
