Coffee Brewing 101 with Roots

The first installment of our coffee workshop series is the perfect starting point to learn how to hand brew the perfect cuppa joe using convenient filter and drip methods. 


You'll learn the following:
1. Introduction & history of drip/ filter coffee & equipment
2. Brew factors, what makes a good coffee (ratio/ grind size/ temperature)
3. Pour over basic. Learn the steps of making pour-over coffee
4. Pour over hands-on. Try the method yourself and get to know brew factors and pour intervals first-hand.

You will get to try 1-2 samples of filter-roasted coffee and 1 dark roast coffee, for comparison.

2. ปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อการบรูว์กาแฟให้ได้รสชาติดี (อัตราส่วน เบอร์บด และอุณหภูมิ)
3. หลักการพื้นฐานและขั้นตอนการชงกาแฟแบบ pour over

คุณจะได้ชิมกาแฟ filter roasted 1-2 แก้ว และกาแฟแบบคั่วเข้ม 1 แก้วเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่าง
