We’ll move through a 60-minute Vinyasa Flow, then melt into a 30-minute crystal bowl sound bath. Patty’s yoga classes are perfect for beginners and regular practitioners alike. At the beginning and end of each session, you’ll enjoy an inspiring meditation with essential oils that uplift your spirit.
