Thank you for joining our Local Goodness event

Thank you to everyone who joined our Local Goodness weekend event. We hope that you enjoyed learning about local ingredients, handicrafts, culture, and traditions. It was such a fulfilling weekend.

In addition to a local market which highlighted Thai goodies, we also hosted lots of enriching workshops. These sessions introduced us to Thailand’s wild honeys, cocktails making with Sugarray Apartment using tasty, local fruits and ingredients. Some of us practiced our barista skills as Roots showed us how to make our own coffee creations using produce from Chiang Mai farmers. Others got artistic making natural pigment paints with Barely Human Gallery. What fun!

The workshops continued with Salee Bakery guiding us through a sourdough workshop where we learned how to make beautiful bread. We also joined Pridi Cacao to taste our way through Thailand’s bean-to-bar chocolate scene. It was delicious. Additionally, we had a sustainable seafood workshop where the chefs from Axis and Tapi Seafood explained the importance of supporting local, small fisheries. As if this wasn’t already an action-packed weekend, we also learned the tricks and tips on making the ultimate cheeseburger with Homeburg. It was wonderful seeing everyone explore Thai culture and connect through interesting experiences.

We are grateful to be a platform for passionate local producers and artisans who can share their talents and authentic vibes with our community. Stay tuned for more enriching events.
