Let’s share what we love! Whether you’re a dedicated enthusiast or curious newbie, we believe that fostering our hobbies is an important part of a wholesome lifestyle. Since we’d like to connect everyone through shared interests, we’re launching theWHOLESOME Hobbies Club. This FREE program is a fun way to try new things, expand skills, create community, and bond with like-minded people in a supportive setting.

Our first program, Run, Jog, & Walk Series, will inspire you to stay active and social. We’ve teamed up with Bangkok-based running clubs, Meep Meep Run Club (MMRC), to create bi-monthly morning sessions for all fitness levels. We welcome avid runners, casual joggers, and anyone who just wants to get their daily steps. There are groups for all paces. We know it’s hard getting up early, but the post workout glow is worth it. You’ll also have friendly people supporting you. Another perk is hanging out with a cuppa joe and socializing afterwards. It’s all about happy, healthy mornings.
