An Introduction to Dance-Movement Therapy

Movement, creativity, & connection! Join this inspiring session to reignite your life force as Lili, a dancer and life coach, teaches us how to release stress and reconnect with ourselves through movement, games, and visual art. Participants will increase their body awareness while enjoying a sense of freedom and playfulness. You'll also learn about the core values to living a life aligned with your true desires. Come explore new possibilities while gaining a deeper peace of mind.  


About Dance Movement Therapy: 


Dance-Movement Therapy (DMT) uses movement to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being while strengthening the body-mind connection. DMT uses expressive movement and dance to help people engage in personal integration and growth. It also provides a safe and supportive space to reconnect with ourselves.  


About the Instructor

Lili is a dancer and life-coach with a background in European & International Studies as well as Dance & Movement Therapy. She has worked in global Humanitarian Aid for ten years. Lili has trained in various dance forms and has performed in New York City, Paris, and throughout Asia. Lili recently founded StepAhead which provides mentoring for individuals, NGOs, and professionals by using the healing power of Art and Movement to build resilience through creativity and connection.
