Marketing Associate (theCOMMONS) (1 Position) 

We are seeking a savvy, dynamic individual who is excited about building a wholesome community with us. You will be collaborating with our marketing team, working with interesting entrepreneurs, and helping our community grow through enriching marketing campaign, experiences, workshops, events, and more.  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Drive the cooperation from theCOMMONS' tenants in our marketing campaigns, sales promotions, or other marketing activities.
  • Provide marketing support with Brand Manager by coordinating with tenants from onboarding, monthly promotion and seasonal marketing activity or promotion.
  • Brainstorm, propose and implement relevant and meaningful marketing activity and promotion to tenants.
  • Ensures tenants get relevant marketing service in due time, e.g. by means of following up response time on tenant's enquires.
  • Explore the needs and specifications to grow up the business of each tenant, to serve effective and suitable solutions for them, and enhance the strong relations with our tenants.
  • Work closely with Brand Manager, operation manager, property service or related teams to make sure our marketing activity and promotions is well informed and well implemented.
  • Conduct a weekly tenant visit for regular monitoring and real time content generation at theCOMMONS Thonglor and Saladaeng

   

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field   
  • 1-2 years of working in retail, shopping center and tenant coordinating experience is required.
  • Ability to have a “Can-Do” attitude and excellent guest service skills
  • Ability to learn and understand technical systems related to tenants
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete the projects and be detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, ability to create and improve cooperation
  • Good command in both Thai and English
  • Able to work under high pressure

Marketing Communication Manager (theCOMMONS/ Little Pea/ all kinds) (1 Position) 

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is excited in spreading and creating exciting and engaging content through variety types of communication channels. You will be collaborating with our marketing team, working with local entrepreneurs, and helping our brands grow through communications and storytelling. If you love theCOMMONS, Little Pea, and all kinds  then we'd love to hear from you!  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop the 360 degree creative communication strategy for a range of brand projects, initiatives, and campaigns both online and offline to create meaningful brand awareness, understanding and engagement.
  • Define the campaign key message, target audience, as well as campaign goals to give a clear brief to internal communication team and media agencies.
  • Manage campaign budget and execution timeline.
  • Copywriting and content translation for all publications (for internal and external)
  • Develop wide range of communication materials such as print, signage, social media post and videos
  • Brief communication team, production houses and supervise production process to produce all campaign materials (graphic design, still photos, vdos, tvc).
  • Manage KOLs and brand ambassador relationships and their legal contracts.
  • Stay on top of competitors' activities and industry trends to ensure that your ideas are always in trend and the quality of your work is above the industry standard.
  • Media monitoring and updating of brand website, social media and onsite communication channel.

   

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years working experience and/or 2 years in supervisory level.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends.
  • A natural storyteller with purposeful creativity.
  • Able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (Thai and English).
  • Highly organized, creative, proactive, dynamic and be a team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well under deadline pressure, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Have a growth mindset and positive attitude.
